Service

TenDo (tenderdoor.com) is a web service operated by Gökhan Aydın. It matches public tender notices of the European Union (TED) and the World Bank with your company's products and prepares, for each notice, a decision card, an application report and a draft letter in the buyer's language.

Account

You open an account with your email address; sign-in links are sent to it. You are responsible for activity in your account. You can delete your account from the dashboard at any time.

Free and paid use

Basic use is free. Paid plans and prices are published on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Paddle: Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles payment, invoicing, taxes and refunds; Paddle's buyer terms also apply at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period; you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

Nature of the information

Tender data is taken automatically from official notices; the notice and the tender documents are binding. Decision cards, value ranges and letter drafts are prepared with the help of AI and statistics and are not legal, financial or technical advice. Reading the tender documents before bidding, and seeking expert advice where needed, is your responsibility.

Letters and outreach

TenDo does not send emails on your behalf. You send letter drafts from your own email client, following the rules of the recipient's country. You may not use TenDo for bulk or unsolicited marketing emails.

Company page

You are responsible for the information on the company page you publish. Pages that use another company's name, brand or details, or that are misleading or unlawful, may be removed without notice.

Prohibited use

Bulk automated scraping, reselling the data, using someone else's account or attempting to compromise the system's security is prohibited and may lead to account closure.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, TenDo is not liable for losses arising from your decisions to bid or not to bid; liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid TenDo in the last 12 months. Your mandatory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Changes

These terms may be updated; we notify registered users of material changes by email. The current version is always on this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
